Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative's to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
* Carry out first and second fix joinery
* Undertake basic plumbing
* Complete patch plastering
* Complete tiling
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
* Full UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points)
* Enhanced DBS or Basic DBS pref.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
