*PERSON SPECIFICATION*
*Knowledge and experience*
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a General Practice setting
* Experience of working in multi-disciplinary Teams, including skills mix with DCPs
* Experience of patient plans and high-quality patient journey (preferred)
* Advanced Knowledge of EXACT Dental (SOE) System (preferred)
* Experience of NHS contracts and their delivery and the interface with private work
* Experience in marketing and the use of social media in marketing activities
*Education and qualification(s)*
* GDC Registration
* BDS Degree (or equivalent)
* MJDF / MFDS (Preferred)
* Post Graduate Certificate In Restorative Dentistry (Preferred)
* Certified In Implant Dentistry (Preferred)
* Certified in Aesthetic Dentistry (Preferred)
