Job Description
As the Head of Workplace & Property, you will be responsible for developing and embedding workplace strategies, methodologies, and structures that support the delivery of client contracts across all sectors.
You will play a key role in driving transformation, supporting operational teams, and setting the standard for innovation and excellence in how we deliver workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ISS Property Portfolio, guiding future strategy and estate needs.
* Ensure that all Workplace Products are effectively understood, embedded, and communicated across the ISS UK business.
* Inspire and engage the workplace community, driving best practices and innovation.
* Facilitate key strategic projects and change initiatives.
* Champion client-focused service curation across front of house, office services, and technology.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* A proven leader with experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, or operations.
* Strong financial and commercial understanding, especially in contract management.
* A collaborative communicator who can influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Experienced in complex contract environments and driving strategic improvement.
* A natural innovator who can bring best-in-class workplace practices to life.
