KTP Associate – Digital and Cultural Transformation Lead
We are seeking a creative individual who has a genuine motivation to work at the intersection of digital innovation, education and social impact. This KTP offers the opportunity to design and implement a human-centred digital transformation toolkit, bridging academic research and rea world practice with Atomix Educational Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust.
JOB PURPOSE: To drive educational innovation through the implementation of a Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation Toolkit which realises the vision for Atomix Educational Trust to become a Digital Hub of Educational and Skills Excellence.
Duties and Reponsibilities
Project and Partnership Delivery
* Project manage the delivery of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) work plan with extensive support from company and academic supervisors.
* Lead on key stages of the KTP, including:
* Strategic context mapping, mission framing, and establishing governance foundations for digital transformation
* Co-designing and applying diagnostic tools for human-centred digital readiness
* Conducting multi-aspectual knowledge elicitation and discovery to inform transformation activities.
* Designing and testing strategic, creative and critical digital pedagogies for AI-augmented education.
* Developing and systematising minimum viable products for scalable and sustainable delivery.
* Modelling digital adoption through diagnostic reassessment and visualisation tools.
* Embedding frameworks to evaluate implementation and cultural impact.
* Producing strategic visualisations and reflective integrations to support leadership in human-centred digital transformation.
* Final validation and sector integration of a toolkit (DIMAT4DT) for human-centred digital transformation.
* Contribute to commercialisation and marketing activities, attending industry events to represent the project.
* Collaborate with the academic team to support research outputs and contribute to teaching where relevant.
* Manage project activities, timelines, and documentation to ensure delivery aligns with the KTP work plan milestones, and contribute to evaluation activities and final reporting.
Engagement and Change Facilitation
* Engage with diverse teams across the organisation to understand practices, identify challenges, and support collaborative problem-solving.
* Design and facilitate interactive sessions and workshops to generate insights and co-create practical improvements in digital approaches.
* Champion participatory and values-driven approaches to digital change, fostering a culture of organisational learning and collaborative transformation.
Teaching, Learning, and Digital Practice
* Support the design and embedding of new teaching practices that make effective use of digital tools and emerging technologies.
* Contribute to the development of digital pedagogies that are creative, strategic, and responsive to the opportunities and risks of AI and other technologies.
Data and Decision Support
* Coordinate the design of visual tools and dashboards to help staff and leadership teams make data-informed decisions.
* Support ongoing diagnostic processes and cross-functional visualisation to monitor adoption, impact, and cultural change.
You’ll engage staff across the Trust, lead workshops, develop digital pedagogies (including AI-augmented approaches), and create tools for evidence-based decision-making. Through this, Atomix will strengthen teaching and learning within the Trust and the wider community they serve, enhancing digital literacy and access to digital skills while also creating new revenue streams.
You will be based within the Atomix Educational Trust at Prior Pursglove & Stockton Sixth Form College in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, working closely with staff and students as you implement the toolkit across all educational sites within the Trust.
