Recruitment Specialist (Clinical Reporter Recruitment)

Join Medica’s Reporter Recruitment team and help grow our community of clinical reporters—radiologists, pathologists, radiographers and registrars—supporting vital diagnostic services across the UK and Ireland. You’ll build and nurture talent pipelines, convert warm leads, and partner closely with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate journey in a fast‑paced, phone‑first environment.
What you’ll do
* Source and engage clinical reporters via job boards, LinkedIn and other channels; run targeted outreach and follow up on warm leads.
* Manage your pipeline and keep our ATS/CRM data accurate; share weekly progress and market insights.
* Sell the ‘what’s in it for me’ clearly and professionally, then hand over seamlessly to onboarding.
* Deliver against clear KPIs/targets in a high‑energy, collaborative team.
* Represent Medica at conferences and events to expand our network and brand reach.
What you’ll bring
* Prior recruitment experience with evidence of strong KPI performance in a phone‑led setting.
* Confident communicator who builds relationships at all levels; a curious, proactive mindset.
* Skilled with ATS/CRM and Microsoft 365, with excellent attention to detail and organisation.
* Social sourcing savvy (e.g., LinkedIn). Flexibility to travel within the UK for occasional events.
* (Nice to have) Healthcare/life sciences recruitment exposure; consultative sales and event experience.
