The Role Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, compliance activities, and contractor supervision across a complex building services environment. Key Responsibilities • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with statutory requirements and maintenance schedules • Maintain and fault-find on electrical systems including LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, generators, UPS systems, control gear and small power installations • Support the operation of building services plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated controls • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and electrical breakdowns • Perform safe isolation, testing and fault diagnosis activities • Support critical infrastructure systems and ensure minimal disruption to site operations • Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures, permits to work and sit...
