Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a cohesive HSQE framework across operations. * Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and site inspections. * Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications. * Investigate incidents, manage reporting, and oversee corrective actions. * Deliver training and inductions to embed a proactive safety culture. * Mentor and manage a small HSQE team. * Oversee compliance documentation and improvement initiatives. * Support the company’s environmental and CSR commitments.
