Working as part of a busy team, this role will involve:
* Handling calls and emails from new and existing customers, answering and resolving their queries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
* Processing orders and quotations, on the phone, online and occasionally face to face
* Advising customers on product suitability and availability, suggesting alternatives if appropriate
* Assisting with after sales, liaising with purchasing, despatch and accounts departments to ensure customers’ orders are delivered on time
* Making courtesy calls to customers to ensure their requirements are being met
* Processing payments for customers’ orders
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Keeping up to date with products
* Supporting the Sales Support Manager with ad hoc projects
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
1. Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment
2. Ability to respond to calls and emails in a professional manner
