We are seeking avisionary and passionate Director of Product and Propositionstojoin our dynamic team and help us shape the future of luxuryhospitality. You will be responsible for the conceptualizationdevelopment and implementation of unique and innovative guestpropositions that elevate our brand and exceedexpectations.
As the Director of Product andPropositions you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executingour product vision and strategy working closely with our ChiefProduct and Innovation Officer (CPIO). Your mission is to develop acompelling product roadmap that resonates with our brand identitymarket trends and customer aspirations. You will lead the charge inconducting indepth market research and competitor analysisidentifying emerging trends and unmet needs and utilizingperformance metrics and user feedback to optimize ourofferings.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Craftthe Vision: Collaborate with the CPIO to develop acompelling product roadmap ensuring alignment with our brandsunique selling proposition and customerpersonas
* MarketAwareness: Conduct thorough market research andcompetitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipatecustomer needs
* EmbraceData: Leverage performance metrics and customerfeedback to inform product optimization and futureiterations
* PropositionDevelopment: Create detailed briefs for newpropositions outlining key features benefits pricing and gotomarketstrategies
* DriveDevelopment: Lead the new product developmentlifecycle ensuring seamless execution across design engineeringmarketing andoperations
* CrossfunctionalLeadership: Manage a team of experts across variousdepartments to ensure collaborative development and implementationof propositions
* Champion theBrand: Support the CPIO in driving product advocacyarticulating the value proposition to captivate our customers andteammembers
Requirements:
* IndustryExperience: Demonstrable experience working in thehospitality and travel industry with a focus on product managementdevelopment or innovation targeting the luxury segment or ultrahigh net worth individuals(UHNWIs)
* ProductDevelopment: Proven track record of developinglaunching and managing products or services tailored for thehighend market including but not limited to luxury accommodationsexclusive travel experiences or bespokeservices
* Customer ExperienceDesign: Experience in designing and implementingexceptional customer experiences with a focus on personalizationexclusivity and highquality service standards
* Innovation andTechnology: Familiarity with the latest technologiesand innovations that enhance the luxury travel and hospitalityexperience including but not limited to digital concierge servicespersonalized travel apps and VR/ARexperiences
* CrossfunctionalLeadership: Leadership experience in managingcrossfunctional teams to deliver projects that exceed theexpectations of ultra high net worth clients ensuring seamlessintegration of services across alltouchpoints
