Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Reading. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with service-related concerns, managing bookings and appointments, providing regular updates on vehicle repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The Service Advisor will collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate aftersales service.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a customer-centric experience.
Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and effectively convey information about services and repairs.
Experience or knowledge in Aftersales services within the automotive industry,
Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in any Volkswagen group brand is preferred but experience in a main dealer environment is essential.
A valid driver's license and familiarity with automotive services are required for this role.
