About the Role We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join one of our partner nurseries dedicated team on a permanent basis.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You will support the delivery of high-quality early years education, working with individuals and small groups of children to help them learn, develop, and thrive within the EYFS framework.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities Observe, assess, and record children's progress Act as a key worker for a group of children Build strong relationships with parents and carers Promote inclusive practice, supporting SEN and individual needs Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Support daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, xkybehq and play What We're Looking For Level 3 qualification in Childcare Minimum 1 year experience in an early years setting Good understanding of child development and EYFS Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, flexible, and nurturing approach
