We are delighted to be working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors, now seeking a Trainee Leasehold Surveyor to join their growing team.
RICS-accredited graduates receive full support toward the MRICS qualification, while SAVA-qualified candidates can progress via AssocRICS pathways. Based at the Norwich head office, this role offers a structured hybrid working environment with a strong focus on leasehold and valuation work.
The position is particularly suited to individuals who enjoy the analytical, legal and technical aspects of surveying.

Working Hours:
1. Full-time

3. Based in the Norwich office, with travel to appointments when necessary.
The successful Trainee Leasehold Surveyor will be offered:
4. £25,000 basic salary, with OTE up to £27,000 in year two, rising with experience

To be considered for the Trainee Leasehold Surveyor role, you must have:
13. RICS-accredited degree (BSc/MSc) or SAVA Diploma
14. Positive, proactive attitude
15. Strong numerical and analytical skills
16. Excellent customer service
17. Interest in the legal aspects of property and leasehold work
18. Good written and verbal communication skills
19. Property-related experience (advantageous, not essential)
20. Full UK driving licence
As a Trainee Leasehold Surveyor, your role will involve:
21. Leasehold assessments and valuations (mainly desktop-based)
22. Assisting with residential and commercial valuation work
23. Supporting Chartered surveyors with Mortgage Valuations, Home Surveys and Inspections when necessary
24. Report writing, risk assessments and client advice
25. Working with operational teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs
26. Developing professional skills through structured training and mentoring
27. Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders, reflecting company values.
28. Helping to develop professional networks within your local area, supporting business growth through relationship building and effective communication by supporting marketing initiatives, contributing to social media content creation, and capturing high-quality images or video for promotional use.
