Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician

An industry leading Facilities Maintenance service provider is seeking an experienced Multi:Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their on:site engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a critical site.
Daily Technician Duties Will Include
* Ensure that the various pre planned maintenance schedules are kept up to date and maintained as may be required
* Complete the duties of an HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
* Carry out fault finding and defect rectification to items of installed plant and equipment as may be defined and specified
* Escort contractors around the site as and when required in accordance with written procedures
Requirements For The Role
* Qualification in an Electrical discipline (City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
* Proven experience in building services maintenance
* Strong multi:skilled knowledge, able to work confidently on both electrical and mechanical systems
* Competence in fault finding, planned maintenance, and compliance procedures
* Familiarity with BMS systems and working within SLA/KPI:driven environments
* Excellent communication skills and client:facing approach
* Knowledge of relevant regulations, including health and safety legislation
