About the Role
In this role you will drive forward our strategic objectives, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and learner experience across our Hospitality and Culinary Arts curriculum.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
* Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues.
* Line‑manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
* Design, plan and deliver high-quality, learner‑focused curriculum programmes.
* Ensure compliance with funding regulations, quality assurance processes and manage budgets and resources to ensure cost‑effective, high‑impact delivery.
* Use data to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
* Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g. Ofsted) and quality reviews.
Qualifications
* Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance and student achievement.
* Strategic thinking, communication and people management skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
* Commitment to inclusive learning environments and continuous improvement.
* Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain).
