Are you a morning person looking for something fulfilling? Home Instead St Albans is seeking a Morning Care Professional to join our team. As a Morning Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities of a care assistant:
* Assist clients with getting ready for the day such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
* Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Live local to St Albans and surrounding areas
* A caring and empathetic nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent rates of pay ranging from £13.75-£14.75ph
* Paid training provided to get you started!
* Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
* Paid travel time between clients
* Double pay on bank holidays
* Minimum one-hour visits
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
