Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, supporting our business growth objectives. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment, utilising your expertise in B2B sales and communication. £26.5k basic salary with OTE E40k via commission.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads
* Identify and research prospective clients using various CRM tools and platforms
* Qualify leads by assessing client needs and establishing initial contact
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status within CRM software
* Manage and update the CRM, ensuring leads are tracked, followed up, and nurtured through the sales funnel.
* Run targeted outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone, working closely with the marketing team.
* Support the wider sales team by booking tours, following up on inquiries, and coordinating client communications.
* Achieve and exceed monthly lead targets.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
* Follow up with potential clients via email or phone to nurture relationships and schedule meetings
* Utilise language skills to communicate effectively with diverse prospects.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to optimise lead generation efforts
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within a similar industry
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or equivalent platforms
* Excellent communication skills in both English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
