Role Description
We are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team on-site in Bradford. The role involves managing documentation and coordinating all administrative aspects of our construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth communication among projects, general organisation, supporting project managers, and maintaining comprehensive project records while ensuring compliance with standards and schedules.
Qualifications
* Construction administration skills, including the ability to monitor documentation and facilitate workflows.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with project stakeholders and teams.
* Proficiency in managing submittals and maintaining detailed project documentation.
* Experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks under deadlines.
* Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
Working Hours and Rates of Pay
Working hours will ideally be 8:00-16:30 initially 3 days per week. Working patterns can be discussed. Starting salary of £18,720 based on 24 hours per week.
