Job Title: Driver's Mate (Adhoc Work - Chelmsford, Essex)
We are currently looking for reliable Driver's Mates to join our team on an adhoc basis in and around Chelmsford, Essex. This role offers flexible half-day and full-day shifts, making it ideal for those seeking extra work around another job or part-time hours.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
The Role:
Assisting the driver with deliveries, collections and small removals
Helping to load and unload the vehicle
Completing heavy lifting duties when required
Supporting the driver with route planning and customer interaction
Representing the company in a polite and professional manner
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling/heavy lifting
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexible and reliable approach to work
Previous experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential
