This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose driven organisation in Windsor, supporting high profile programmes and events both online and at prestigious venues locally. The role would suit either an experienced administrator looking to bring their skills to a meaningful sector, or a graduate keen to build experience and develop a career.

Salary £27,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full time role at 35 hours per week with occasional early morning or evening work around events.

You will be assisting with all aspects of event and programme administration, as well as providing wider support across the team and ensuring accurate record keeping through their systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the administration and delivery of online events and programmes including handling enquiries, scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing materials, and managing Zoom and Teams sessions
• Maintain accurate records, update the CRM system, run reports and collate data for internal use
• Support with surveys, feedback forms and online resources
• Provide administrative support at larger in person events and help ensure smooth organisation on the day
• Manage stock of branded materials and process online merchandise sales

Skills and Experience:
• Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail, or transferable skills from study or other roles
• Confident user of IT systems with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms
• Experience using Zoom or Teams to facilitate online meetings and events
• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
• Previous experience with CRM systems and or event administration would be an advantage
