Page Group are working with an industry leading product distributor within the technical and industrial sector, who are now looking for a new Head of Inside Sales. Reporting into the Group MD, the role will be responsible for Managing, Internal Sales & Account Management, with responsibility for all commercial decision making within the business
Description
Lead both the Internal Sales Department and Account Managers to deliver against business wide objectives
Create and deliver sales performance in line with group objectives and expectations
Develop existing accounts to maximise revenue through strong relationship management and negotiation
Identify new customers and opportunities in the market to increase revenue
Create pricing matrix for existing customer to drive revenue performance
Work with key stakeholders across the business to create a collaborative and aligned approach to customerProfile
Experience leading a Sales or Commercial function
Ability to demonstrate deliver of sales targets
Excellent commercial acumen
Ability to develop existing accounts
