Direct Sales Advisor - Utilities (Water)
Salary: £26,678 - £29,987 (Negotiable up to £34K DOE) + OTE £40K 1st year, uncapped
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Peterlee
Hybrid after 12 weeks
What You'll Do
* Make outbound cold calls to small businesses
* Build quick rapport, identify pain points and close water contract deals
* Use high-quality purchased data with no existing affiliations
* Generate and hand over leads for additional services
* Manage your pipeline, overcome objections, and work towards weekly/monthly targets
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 12 months outbound B2B sales experience
* Confident phone presence and resilience with objections
* Strong relationship-building skills and a target-driven mindset
* Good organisation, time management and IT literacy
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Experience in water or utilities is helpful but not essential, strong sellers from similar outbound environments are welcome
Training & Progression
* Structured training: product knowledge, sales techniques, shadowing
* Hybrid working after 12-week probation (2 days office)
