Location: Basingstoke Background check required: SC - Security Clearance Closing Date: 26 April 2024 We're looking for a Test Analyst to join our Workplace Services team based in Basingstoke/Loughton. Location: Basingstoke/Loughton - Flexible Contract: Full time - 37.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 What will you be responsible for? As a Test Analyst, you'll be working within the Workplace Services team, supporting them and in the rest of the Business Systems Team with the creation of test plans, test cases and execute of testing. Your day to day will include: Support the development of the Business Systems Test Strategy. Use both project scope and the test strategy to develop Master Test Plans to feed into change projects and programmes. Utilise Azure DevOps to capture, manage and execute all test suites, test cases and bugs. Develop and document all processes associate with the use of DevOps. Participating in workshops to support and understand business requirements for change and develop test suites for SIT, UAT, Smoke Testing and Regression packs. Utilise API testing tools (e.g. SoapUI and Postman) as required. What are we looking for? This role of a Test Analyst is great for you if: A good educational background is essential, and a degree level qualification would be advantageous. An ITIL Qualification is desirable in understanding the Service Desk and its delivery model. Operating infrastructure - familiar with general IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc.) Knowledge and previous use of CAFM / IWMS systems like Concept Evolution & FSI Go.
