Introducing a new role to San Carlo, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join our marvellous People team.
The Recruitment Advisor is a key role,You will provide strong candidate focus and support with the co-ordination of the recruitment and selection including effective recruitment & Onboarding.
What will you be doing?

Sourcing and screening exceptional talent,Unearth great candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Review CVs, interview candidates, and evaluate their suitability for a range of opportunities across our company.
Work with hiring managers to fully understand the role and candidate requirements, and take responsibility for advertising new roles; from writing and improving job descriptions and adverts, working with external job boards and recruitment tools.
Working with the wider people team you will help co-ordinate HR paperwork / systems that underpins our policies and procedures including processing timely starter information and assisting with correspondence that underpins all other HR policies / procedures.
