Overview
I'm working on behalf of my client to recruit a passionate and proactive Marketing Administrator to join their growing support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years of marketing experience to build their career in a values-led organisation that makes a real difference. The role offers fantastic exposure across marketing functions—content creation, campaign support, events, and digital marketing—and would suit someone organised, creative, and eager to develop in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
* Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activity
* Create written and visual content for web, email, and social media
* Maintain website content (with SEO best practices in mind)
* Manage social media scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
* Assist with community and promotional events
* Draft internal communications, newsletters, and press releases
* Track marketing performance and contribute to reporting and insights
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing/Communications (or up to 3 years' experience in a similar role)
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
* Basic understanding of SEO and content management systems
* Familiarity with social media tools and digital ad platforms
* Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
This is a full-time, office-based role with occasional travel. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and benefit from a supportive work environment focused on impact and growth
