We are supporting a growing investment firm in their search for a People & Operations Coordinator to join their London office. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, working across people, operations and projects, and playing a visible role in how things run day to day. This is not a traditional back-office position. You will sit within a high-performing, collaborative team and be involved in everything that keeps the business moving, from people processes and operations to projects and investor-facing work. It is a role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and responsibility, and wants to build a broad, commercially relevant skill set.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-moving coordination role where no two days will look the same.
You will act as a central point of connection across the business, working closely with HR, Finance and Operations while taking ownership of key processes and projects.
