Up to £90,000 + bonus!


We are supporting a growing investment firm in their search for a People & Operations Coordinator to join their London office. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, working across people, operations and projects, and playing a visible role in how things run day to day. This is not a traditional back-office position. You will sit within a high-performing, collaborative team and be involved in everything that keeps the business moving, from people processes and operations to projects and investor-facing work. It is a role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and responsibility, and wants to build a broad, commercially relevant skill set.


The Role



This is a hands-on, fast-moving coordination role where no two days will look the same.

You will act as a central point of connection across the business, working closely with HR, Finance and Operations while taking ownership of key processes and projects.

Responsibilities include:


  • Managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Supporting payroll coordination across UK and US teams and benefits administration
  • Reviewing expenses and helping maintain strong financial discipline and controls
  • Overseeing insurance processes and working with external providers
  • Getting stuck into office projects, including moves, refurbishments and workspace planning
  • Supporting ESG initiatives and preparation of investor-facing materials
  • Keeping data, documentation and reporting accurate, organised and actionable


This is a role where you will be expected to get involved, take ownership and continuously look for ways to improve how things are done.

  • Up to £70,000 plus bonus

  • Full-time, Central London office based with flexibility

About You


This role will suit someone bright, proactive and naturally curious, who enjoys being part of a fast-moving, high-performing environment.


  • Experience within operations, HR or a broad coordination role in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects
  • Enjoys juggling multiple priorities and staying one step ahead
  • A strong communicator who builds relationships easily
  • Discreet, professional and trusted with sensitive information


You may currently be working as an EA, Team Assistant or Coordinator and looking to move into a broader, more operational role where you can expand your scope and impact.
