Job Title: Finishing Foreman – Preston Our client, a well-respected construction company with a strong track record in residential development, is currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to support the delivery of a new-build housing project in Preston. This is a contract role offering an immediate start and the chance to be part of a high-quality residential scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all internal finishing works across multiple plots, ensuring standards are met ahead of handover. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site, including joinery, painting, flooring, and snagging * Work across multiple units to deliver a high standard of finish in line with the build programme * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times * Liaise with subcontractors, site managers, and suppliers to keep progress on track * Conduct regular quality checks and prepare plots for client inspection and handover Requirements: * Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential housing projects is essential * Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Excellent organisational and communication skills * CSCS card required, along with SSSTS or SMSTS * First Aid certificate is advantageous To apply, please submit your CV using the application link provided.
