Mechanical Instructor
Salary: 39k - 41k
Location: Hull
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 4:15 and Friday 8:00 - 4:00
Annual leave: 42 days (including bank holidays)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who feels they have the right skills and attributes to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of engineers. Some process experience would be desirable but is not essential.
This position is based in Hull and entails delivering high quality apprenticeship and commercial training for our client companies.
Experience Required
* Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance
* Lathe and milling machine operation
* Safe use of hand tools
* Hydraulics or pneumatics
* Health and safety practices and procedures
* Working knowledge of the chemical process industry and/or CAD (desirable but not essential)
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification
* Good interpersonal and computer skills
* Full driving licence
Additional Information
While assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as full support will be given in developing these skills.
