As a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards every day. You’ll motivate your team, oversee the shop floor, and ensure our store runs like clockwork in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time they visit your store.
