Job Description: Production Manager Shift: Monday - Friday Salary £50,000-£55,000 We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and driven Production Manager to join our growing world food manufacturing operation. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, food safety and on-time delivery across our product range. Our factory produces a vairety of ambient product and we are looking for someone who isexperianced in a similar environment Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards and food safety requirements are consistently achieved • Lead, manage and develop production teams, including supervisors and operatives, driving a high-performance culture • Manage attendance, absence, performance and conduct in line with company policies and procedures • Identify training needs, implement development plans and ensure all staff are fully trained and competent • Plan, organise and optimise production schedules to meet customer demand and operational efficiency targets • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring accountability across production teams • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, BRC and Health & Safety standards at all times • Work cross...
