Mechanical Design Engineer
My client designs and manufactures a range of fabricated products and is looking to take on a Mechanical Design Engineer.
Salary
£35,000 – £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities
* Work within the existing design engineering team.
* Produce solid models and drawings using SolidWorks CAD software.
* Create necessary documentation for designs, including BOMs.
* Carry out engineering calculations when required.
* Liaise with other colleagues.
* Offer technical assistance to customers and suppliers when needed.
Qualifications
* Degree qualification or similar in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Aided Design.
* Proficient with SolidWorks CAD software.
* Previous experience in a similar Mechanical Design Engineer role within the manufacturing sector.
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
