Job Description
The role includes:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the inflight service experience, aligning with the Voluxis brand and customer service goals
* Cabin Crew Management: Lead, mentor, and support the team of UK and none UK based flight attendants, including employed and freelance contractors, oversight of recruitment process and selection, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiative
* Customer Experience: Collaborate with marketing and service design teams to refine and standardising inflight service offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer experience, lead continuous improvement initiatives
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Aircraft Managers, Operations and the Charter Team to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
* Supplier Management: Work closely with third part suppliers for customer needs, continuous improvement and innovations whilst ensuring specific budgetary requirements are observed
Qualifications
We’re looking for:
* 10+ years of experience in inflight services in Corporate Aviation, including 5+ years in a leadership role
* Proven track record of high end customer delivery focused teams
* Strong and effective communications skills and standards focus
* Ability to travel as required by the business and work flexible hours
