🔍 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Agency recruitment background (non-negotiable)
✔️ Strong BD and client conversion track record
✔️ Confident discussing fees, terms & commercials
✔️ Experience managing hiring managers and job briefs
✔️ Comfortable across perm + contract recruitment
✔️ Sharp commercial judgement (you know what’s worth chasing)
✔️ Phone confidence-you don’t hide behind emails
