The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Cook to assist the Chef Supervisor with the day-to-day preparation of food and the efficient running of the kitchen. The successful candidate will prepare, cook, and present food to Foundation standards under the supervision of the Chef Supervisor. They will also supervise and instruct staff and trainees assigned to kitchen duties. A current Food Hygiene qualification is essential.
