About the Role:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils who need additional support
* Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care
* Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based or in other settings)
* A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in your approach
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Desirable (but not essential):
* CACHE Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
* Experience with SEND (Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
* Interest in progressing into teaching or SEN roles
