We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our UK Marketing team. This newly created role is a key support function for the Head of Marketing, designed to help deliver a broad range of integrated marketing activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, driving consumer demand, and supporting revenue growth across multiple well-known brands in the housewares and lifestyle sectors.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will support the execution of marketing plans across the UK and Ireland, including:
Coordinating multi-channel marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Supporting email marketing activities, from content creation to distribution.
Ensuring all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines for consistent messaging.
Monitoring campaign performance and generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with the Ecommerce team to deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinating in-store promotional materials and supporting display execution.
Managing and segmenting customer data to support targeted marketing efforts.
Working closely with the national sales team to deliver retail marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
Coordinating the rollout of branded display units across retail environments.
Managing the showroom diary and events calendar.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar fast-moving sector.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant professional experience.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and content.
Strong project management and event coordination experience.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics.
Flexibility to travel to the office (Farnborough) and attend external events when needed.
