* £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
* Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.15 pm Friday 8.30am - 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsible for:
The role will include accounts that have to be managed to ensure enquiries are received andreturned in a timely manner and within agreed SLAs. Chasing quotations, processing orders andensuring parts are delivered on time and in full.
1. Providing excellent service to all customers at all times
2. Management of quotations and pricing
3. Log each enquiry from key customers.
4. Create RFQ for each part and send it to approved suppliers.
5. Receive back prices and create a 'best-cost'
6. Present and discuss costs before making a quotation to customers
7. Maintain quote log on a daily basis
8. Translate orders, once received, by referring back to the quote pack
