Role: National Account Manager On Trade — Flawsome! Drinks

Reports to: Head of OOH & Wholesale

It all started in our nan's orchard with one wonky idea: Why do we care more about how an apple looks than how it tastes? Flawsome! believes in giving perfectly imperfect fruit a second chance by turning surplus produce into refreshing juice.

What is the role?

We're looking for someone with wholesale & On Trade account management experience, as well as QSR and convenience experience.

* Seeking an individual with 4+ years of sales or customer service experience to build On Trade business.
* Responsibilities include communicating with current customers, finding and contacting new customers, booking online meetings, organizing sample sendouts, convincing accounts to list products, organizing and running sampling sessions, and following up.
* Additional desk work includes filling in listing forms, maintaining notes on our CRM, and analyzing sales figures.
* Must be able to organize travel around the country and occasionally in London (all reimbursed).
* Support team at trade shows, sampling events, and buyer/catering manager meetings.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and grow current distribution base.
* Support customers with sampling, POS materials, and product information.
* Encourage sites to grow sales and list additional products.

Drive new business

* Identify, pitch, and win new customers across Wholesale & On Trade.
* Support will be provided, but initiative is required.

Manage your time and tasks

* Balance sampling sessions and emails, staying organized.
