Hays are working with a business based in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Customer Services Administrator on a temporary basis starting immediately. They are seeking an immediately available Customer Services Administrator to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers and internal operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:
1. Customer support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
2. Administration: Maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and process documentation.
3. Order management: Assist with processing orders, returns, and tracking deliveries.
4. Issue resolution: Investigate and resolve customerplaints, escalating when necessary.
5. Team collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
6. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service metrics and feedback
