Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour
* Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience
* Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area
* Answer customer questions about the menu, making recommendations as needed
* Support other team members to ensure everything runs efficiently
* Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years old (or older)
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service
* Available to work evenings and weekends.
