We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for an Engineering Curriculum Team Leader to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The position would involve you driving forward the engineering workshop delivery in a hands-on manner, getting involved with the hands-on Mechanical Engineering teaching as well as doing coordination and leadership activities. Candidates with either machining or mechanical maintenance specialisms can be considered.
The starting salary would be £41,644 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a Teacher's Pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%) in addition to a holiday allocation of 40 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays).
Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a relocation package of up to £2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.

-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-Strong hands-on Mechanical Engineering skills
-Teaching or assessment qualifications
-Experience of delivering workshop-based Mechanical Engineering teaching
