Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a new childrens residential care home opening soon. The home will provide high-quality care for up to 4 young people aged 918 with complex needs and emotional/behavioural challenges.

Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
1+ years experience in a managerial role within childrens residential care (preferred)
Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes (desirable)
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Passionate about driving positive outcomes for young people
As the Registered Manager, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment where staff and young people alike can thrive.
