Sales Operations Manager – Scotland
This is a newly created leadership role with real influence. You will build and lead a global sales and partner operations function from the ground up, putting the systems, processes and structure in place that allow a high performing commercial organisation to scale.
Working closely with the VP of Sales, you will sit at the centre of sales, partners, marketing, product and finance, making sure teams have what they need to win.

You will be responsible for designing and leading a global sales operations and partner enablement function that supports both direct sales teams and an international partner network.
* Building scalable sales and partner processes that drive consistency and efficiency
* Owning partner segmentation, onboarding and enablement programmes
* Leading sales tools and platforms including CRM, PRM and lead generation systems
* Supporting product launches with strong sales and partner readiness
* Managing deal registration, demo and loan pools and sales documentation
* Recruiting and leading a small specialist team
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate commercial needs into practical solutions
* Driving adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working
* Using data, reporting and insight to improve performance and decision making
What we are looking for - Sales Operations Manager - Scotland
* Significant experience in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial operations
* Proven leadership experience building and managing teams
* Strong background in partner or reseller led sales environments
* Deep understanding of sales technology including CRM and PRM platforms
* Experience improving or implementing new systems and processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Confidence working in complex, evolving environments
* A proactive, problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience within a technology or global organisation would be advantageous, as would exposure to change management or process excellence initiatives
