Job Title Sales Coordinator
Location Bulwell, Nottinghamshire, Office based, 40hrs per week
Package £27,500 + Commission
Are you an experienced professional with a background in sales, ready for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Retention Sales Team. You will be responsible for a specific region and discipline within the UK, where you will maintain the existing pipeline and ensure customers receive a well-rounded service and prompt quotations covering Lightning protection and Height Safety testing and maintenance. You will assist in managing the customer journey, coordinating between internal stakeholders to meet internal and external SLAs and KPIs.

The Role
* Manage and maintain the existing customer pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling
* Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
* Deal with inbound client enquiries via email and phone in a professional and efficient manner
* Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issuing Lightning protection and Height Safety maintenance quotations, and providing excellent service
* Maintain customer records to a high standard using internal CRM software
* Ability to process and comprehend technical information, with awareness of relevant Lightning Protection and Height Safety British standards
What You’ll Need
To be successful, you will possess strong organisational skills and an eye for detail within all areas of your role. You will excel in a sales and customer service environment while demonstrating proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office. You will be a confident self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and initiative to deliver results. You will be able to work under strict deadlines and have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.

* Sales administration experience: 1 year (preferred)
