Job Title: Business Analyst – GIS
Location: Warwick - Hybrid 2-3 days
Contract Duration: 6 months (with rolling extension)
Rate: Inside IR35 - Open to market rates
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or prior experience working on GIS-related projects. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the scoping, analysis, and delivery of a GIS project, working closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and help shape solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements.
* Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
* Develop and document business process models for current and future states.
* Propose and design technical and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are successfully implemented.
* Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
* Create comprehensive documentation covering requirements, processes, and solutions.
* Participate in testing and validating new systems or processes.
* Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
