The Lossiemouth Tool Store Operative provides direct control and supervision of all tools and aircraft equipment required for Aircraft Maintenance, Major Repairs and Modifications undertaken by the Boeing team in Lossiemouth.
Working a Monday to Friday shift-based rota in the Boeing Toolstore within the Atlantic Building, the priority is to support the Boeing Aircraft Maintenance Team by ensuring maximum tool availability and responding quickly to emergent needs.
Role Overview
The Lossiemouth Tool Store Operative provides direct control and supervision of all tools and aircraft equipment required for Aircraft Maintenance, Major Repairs and Modifications undertaken by the Boeing team in Lossiemouth. Working a Monday to Friday shift-based rota in the Boeing Toolstore within the Atlantic Building, the priority is to support the Boeing Aircraft Maintenance Team by ensuring maximum tool availability and responding quickly to emergent needs.
Responsibilities
* Manage and control tool and aircraft equipment required for maintenance, major repairs and modifications.
* Maintain tool availability and respond promptly to emergent needs to support the maintenance team.
Preferred Experience
* Tool store experience in an Aircraft Maintenance facility
* Use of tool control software (Cribmaster)
* Administration of tooling calibration requirements
* Knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Part 145 and their application

This role is for a locally hired position in the UK and candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the UK. Benefits and pay are determined locally and are not part of Boeing US-based payroll. A Security Check (SC) may be required.
