We're looking for a new Luxury Marketing Executive This role is full-time (12-month FTC) and predominantly located at our Head Office at the Cruise Centre, Barlborough. We’re a friendly team, full of enthusiastic creative people who are passionate about the cruise and wider travel industry.
You’ll be joining our in-house marketing team, with a real focus on digital. You will be responsible for a wide range of activity supporting our luxury and river product offering, as well as working closely with our Cruise & Stay team. This will include;
Collaborate with operators and other team members to develop marketing plans and ideas
Designing and distributing email campaigns for our Cruise Club members
Creating content and promotional posts for our various social media channels
Writing and maintaining content for our website
Identifying products and pricing cruise offers
Competitor research and analysis
Proof reading marketing materials, such as email campaigns, flyers, letters etc
Liaising with our in-house design team to produce banners and graphics for campaigns
Liaising with our social media team for wider promotional campaigns
Reporting on campaign impact and ROI
You’ll need to work independently and be proactive in recognising new opportunities and routes to market as well as understand the different customer audiences we want to attract and the wide range of products we sell.
KEY SKILLS ( mandatory ) –
Experience with e-mail marketing platforms, including concept, design and sending of campaigns
Good organisation, communication, and time management skills
Excellent written English and IT skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise well
A good understanding of Content Management Systems
KEY SKILLS ( Highly desirable ) –
Ideally a degree in marketing or a related subject
Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite Package
WordPress Management
Blogging experience
Knowledge of Google Analytics
A creative eye and sense of humour
Experience in or a passion for travel would be a real asset, but we’ll provide training in cruise product as well as how to use our marketing and CRM systems and platforms, so it’s very important you’re keen to learn and develop new skills.
Hours are 9-5:30, Monday to Friday, salary DOE. 12-month fixed-term contract.
