Role Requirements
* Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
o Inheritance Tax Planning
o Trust Drafting & Administration
* Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
o Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
o Tax
o Trusts (Set up & administer)
o Probate &Administration of Estates
o Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
Desirable Qualifications
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential – support given)
* Lawyers with either the CTA or AAT qualifications are very welcome to apply, as are those looking to get these qualifications and progress
