VP of Sales, EMEA (Ad-tech/DSP/SSP/CTV exp required)

About the Role

At Pixalate, we develop technology products for a trustworthy, clean, and safe supply chain for Connected TV and Mobile advertising. Our software transforms the advertising industry's approach to quality and safety through ratings, risk assessment, compliance, and fraud prevention technology.

The VP of Ad-Tech Sales, EMEA will be based in London, UK, focusing on new business growth, channel sales, and business development, with an emphasis on closing strategic deals and partnerships.


Responsibilities

* Grow new business and promote adoption of Pixalate's technology across the digital ecosystem.
* Develop strategies and action plans aligned with Pixalate’s vision.
* Implement revenue growth strategies by developing, closing, and managing partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, publishers, and other platforms.
* Collaborate with internal departments like Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to support product growth and direction.
* Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities.
* Create and present proposals and pricing to clients to close deals based on their needs.
* Meet and exceed revenue targets, maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Serve as a thought leader, contributing to product enhancements, new offerings, and strategic planning.


Qualifications

* 7-10 years of experience in ad-tech
* Experience in Ad Verification and Compliance is a plus.
* Experience selling solutions to CTV, Supply & Demand-side clients
* Proven track record of acquiring new clients
* Experience selling complex tech solutions within ad-tech and media
* Ability to develop and scale strategic sales partnerships
* Attention to detail, drive for excellence, and proactive approach
