This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Technician to join our hardworking and skilled ICT Support Department. This role requires the candidate to have high expectations and to take a pride in the school and their work.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team to provide a support service to all staff and students. You will be part of a team that maintains ICT hardware and software within the school to ensure that systems are available to all staff. The successful candidate will be confident to install, configure and upgrade operating systems, to troubleshoot problems and make appropriate repairs as well as assist the team with the planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware and software.
As a colleague at Tiverton High School, you will join our duty team once a week to help to ensure that our students are supervised at lunchtime.
