Summary
Our client, a Lloyds Broker, is looking for a Commercial Client Handler to join their expanding Commercial department in the Essex office. The role involves managing a mix of new and existing clients' insurance needs.
Main Duties:
1. Manage clients' needs across a variety of SME Commercial risks
2. Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
3. Obtain quotations for clients and address all client queries
4. Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop renewal strategies and attend client meetings as needed
5. Secure renewal terms and present them to clients
6. Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a similar Commercial Insurance role
* Knowledge of Commercial and/or SME risks
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
Desirable:
* Good organizational skills
* Strong IT skills
* Experience with Acturis
* Achieved or studying for Cert CII
